Today is our three month-iversary. It has been a great three months and they have flown by. I didn’t have much time for cooking during all of the wedding craziness, so I have been enjoying finally getting to cook again. Also we were given so many great wedding gifts, and we are loving using them!

The main course on the menu was an Impossible Pie. This is an old Bisquick recipe that America’s Test Kitchen remade. We thought it was delicious and not too hard to make.

The other food item on the menu were Cinnamon Roll Waffles. These are wicked easy and can be made really quickly. I would suggest these anytime. They look a lot fancier and more labor intensive than they really are.

Since I hadn’t made it to the grocery store or farm stand, we didn’t have enough fruit to make a fruit salad or anything like that and there was no orange juice. Thankfully we were given a Soda Stream as a wedding gift, so we were able to have sparkling cranberry juice with our brunch (stay tuned for a future post on that)! Overall, Dave still seemed pretty happy with it. Happy 3 month-iversary Dave!
