Over the weekend Dave and I went to Vermont. While we were there we had the opportunity to go to Woodchuck Cider House. I was amazed at how many different and unique ciders they had. While tasting I came up with a new drink – my Raspberry Refresher!

12 oz Woodchuck Raspberry Hard Cider
7.5 oz Canada Dry Ginger Ale

Pour the cider and ginger ale into a glass. Enjoy!

Each of these are delicious on their own. Together they blend into an amazing flavor. On it’s own the cider is 4% ABV. When you add the soda to it, the ABV comes down even more. So not only are these delicious, but they make a great summer drink as you can drink several of them while hanging at the lake (or pool, beach, fire, etc).

You could also substitute other things for the ginger ale. If you don’t like the ginger taste, you could try Sprite. If you don’t want it as sweet, you could try seltzer.

Try the Woodchuck Raspberry Hard Cider! You can find it at your local grocery store. It’s great on it’s own or you can add another flavor. See what combinations you like best!
