Dee O’Neill, was a friend of Andrea’s great aunt Spitzie Heat tomatoes.  Add lemon Jello.  Add cold water.  Add vinegar.  Add spices.  Pour into mold and chill until firm. Can be made in small molds or ramekins and served in lettuce cups.

Dissolve 1 package lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add: 1 #2 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, with liquid 8 oz. small curd cottage cheese 1/2 cup minced celery 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) Pour into oiled mold and chill until firm.

Heat oven to 325 degrees.  Grease a casserole dish. Starting with cooked macaroni, alternately layer macaroni and cheese cubes, ending with cheese. Fill the casserole with milk.  Bake, covered, for one hour or until set.
