Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs. lemon Jello
  • 1 can Del Monte original stewed tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 6 T vinegar
  • 4 T sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Cooking time: Serving: 4 people

Heat tomatoes.  Add lemon Jello.  Add cold water.  Add vinegar.  Add spices.  Pour into mold and chill until firm.

Can be made in small molds or ramekins and served in lettuce cups.
