Ingredients
  • 1 package lime gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 #2 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, with liquid
  • 8 oz. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup minced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Cooking time: Serving: 4-6 people

Dissolve 1 package lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.

Add:
1 #2 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, with liquid
8 oz. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup minced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Pour into oiled mold and chill until firm.
